In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, the day of the act, event, or default after which the designated period begins to run is not included. The last day is included unless it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which case the period extends to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
